Last week at Mission Street Food, Anthony told me that the next guest chef would be a guy by the name of Ryan Farr, “a pork wizard”.(1)
I myself am but a pork apprentice. A kung fu panda without a shifu. I have been lost until now.
The menu Farr has constructed and posted at MSF is otherworldly. His blog is unspeakably wonderful, too.
I’m looking forward to making “bacon snow” angels on the sidewalk outside Lung Shan. Or at least getting in Ryan’s and Anthony’s way this Thursday.
